Brigham Lofts: Additional Costs and Fees Explained.

The electric utility must be in the resident's name prior to moving in. If the electric utility is not transferred to the resident's name by move-in.
Charges for water, sewer, and trash services will be billed through the resident’s portal and vary based on usage.
Rent is due between the 1st and 3rd of each month. No exceptions will be made for late payments
